Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 1 ¾ sticks butter
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c flour
- ¼ t salt
- ½ t baking powder
- 1 t vanilla extract
Directions
- Melt butter and chocolate together in microwave, taking care not to burn it. Cool.
- Mix sugar and eggs with hand mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add cooled chocolate mixture.
- Add vanilla.
- Add flour, salt and baking powder.
- Mix until just combined.
- Pour into a greased 12 X 8 X 2 glass pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Toothpick will NOT come out clean.
- Cool completely before cutting. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
